Beatriz Morales is featured on the cover of “Die Kunst”, the art supplement of Germany’s largest economic magazine CAPITAL, with a print circulation of 130.000 (CAPITAL issue May 2019). Inside the magazine is a double-page spread on Beatriz, alongside interviews with Monika Sprüth and Philomene Magers of Sprüth Magers and a cover story on women in the art world. Beirut Art Residency
Beatriz Morales was selected as artist in residence by the Beirut Art Residency programme. Over a span of six weeks in January and February 2018, Morales will create work on site in Lebanon, Beirut, followed by an exhibition in situ.
Gallery Weekend Mexico City 2017
Beatriz Morales is now represented in Mexico by Galeria Obra Negra, Mexico City. The first joint project will be a solo exhibition at Gallery Weekend Mexico City, starting on September 21st, 2017. The exhibition at Obra Negra runs from September 21 - November 9, 2017. It is our great pleasure to announce that the exhibition will be curated by Michel Blancsubé.
